With the two entrances mentioned, you can choose many more that are taken by universities separately like symbiosis, IPU, VIT, MIT, SRM, etc. For degrees, B.Sc IT or BCA are two options if you are looking for computer Science only.

There is no set strategy to get admission but you may look at the profiles of their alumni to see what got them there. Salary is totally on the students' performance. So, it's totally up to you. But, I can say, average salary starts from 10000 rupees to 35000 and then, after the internship, depending on your work, salary will increase.
