The eligibility requirements in NIT, Trichy for M.Arch and others PG programs is as under:-
For a candidate to be eligible for M.Tech./M.Arch./M. Plan./M.Des. programme: Must have a valid GATE Score of the year 2016 / 2017 / 2018.
In qualifying degree the candidates should have passed and secured at least 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% for OC/OB, whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates. The above mentioned CGPA/Percentage should be awarded by a recognized University/Institute.
So you can not take admission in NIT, Trichy without a valid gate score.

BBDU UG admission 2019:-
Admission to all Undergraduate courses at BBDU is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exams. Candidates must have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board in order to apply. Counselling is done at the university level on the basis of a merit list.
Candidates can apply online only through the official website of BBDU. Students must have passed 10+2 standard for UG programmes & Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline for PG courses. Acharya Nagarjuna University Centre of Distance Education ANUCDE conducts ANUCDE Entrance Test. The exam is conducted once every year for admissions to the undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered at Acharya Nagarjuna University Centre of Distance Education. Apart from the ANUs Centre of Distance Education, there exist more than 200 affiliated study Centres of ANU. These authorised study centres offer admission to candidates through ANUCDE exam. ANUCDE exam 2019 is expected to be held in the month of June. The ANUCDE application process will commence from the first week of June, 2019. Hope this helps.

It all depends upon your choice of interests. For a career in digital marketing, you must go in Digital Marketing. Because a certification may help you get the job but not a fruitful career. So, it is advisable to do MBA in Digital Marketing. It would definitely help you in the long run and if you are pursuing MBA in marketing then it is an added advantage. Various companies even look for a candidate having additional knowledge in marketing and DM is one of that.
