NIOS has been established by an act of the parliament and is competent to award certificates to students who are passing out. Association of Indian universities also have accorded approval for this certificate. This whole information is available on the website of NIOS.BITSAT only mentions eligibility as twelfth from a recognised board and I am sure NIOS is definitely falling In this category. The NET exam is a national level test organized to select candidates for assistant professor and junior research fellowship. To apply for the NET exam, you have to register online at NTA website and submit the required fees. The UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are conducted by National testing agency twice a year.
