WBCS exam has the following stages. Each stage has uncommon exam pattern. The three stages of the exam are as follows.

• Prelims
• Mains   
• Personality Test

The candidates need to qualify in each of the stage to get finally select.

 Ministry of Railways releases RPF SI exam cities along with the notification. The examination authority distributes exam centre division-wise under certain groups. There are total six groups (A, B, C, D, E, and F). Under these groups, the railway zones are allotted. If a candidate has applied on any of these railway zones, then they will be allotted to RPF SI exam centre that comes under that particular region. Candidates can select the exam centres while filling the application form. IIT provides various courses of different specialisations such as Engineering, Arts, and Science while IIIT mainly focuses on imparting education related to IT and CS fields. Both institutes are considered top Engineering colleges. However, IIT does have a better campus environment due to the presence of different specialisations offered by the institution. Additionally, IITs have 23 institutes while IIITs have 25.

Indian Institute of Information Technology Raichur is a government college and therefore, it is funded by the government of India. It is a budding institute established in 2019 and is located in Raichur, Karnataka. The institute focuses on providing quality education in the field of Information Technology. Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL) offers a variety of BA courses for female students. These include B.A. (Hons.) in English Language and Literature, B.A. (Hons.) in Economics, B.A. (Hons.) in Philosophy, and B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology. The institute focuses on holistic development, integrating academic learning with character building. Admission is based on merit and performance in the entrance examination.

IIIT Raichur does not offer scholarships. Hence, the institute accepts and abides by all the scholarships offered by the Government of India. It aims to provide financial assistance to the meritorious students. The two types of scholarship offered by IIIT Raichur are State Scholarship and the National Fellowship & Scholarship for higher education for Schedule Tribe students.

Whether an entrance exam is necessary to enter B.Sc Computer Science differs from one university to the other. A lot of colleges provide direct admission to those based on marks scored at the 12th standard in Science and Mathematics. However, in some good universities and colleges, aspirants are made to pass some entrance exams before joining, which test their aptitude in Mathematics, English, and General Aptitude subjects. The WBCS main exam is mix of objective and descriptive type papers. The Commission mentions in the official notification that all the compulsory papers will be objective type and the optional subjects are descriptive type papers.

The candidates need to select one optional subject from the given list of optional subjects and prepare according to the syllabus of each paper.

IIIT Raichur got a significant support from the IIT Hyderdabad in its initital stages.  Therefore, IIIT Raichur has developed some decent connections with a top-notch companies in the past few years. Life at IIIT Raichur would be difficult without the AC facilities due to the high temperature in that region. Apart from this, the hostels are built very far from the institute which can be a bit hectic for the students to commute. IIIT Raichur library has a very limited set of books available hence, finding books can be difficult at times.

The West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) releases the marks pattern for the prelims exam. The Commission has assigned a set quota of marks to each of the topic. The candidates can see here the WBCS prelims marks pattern.

IIIT Raichur is still under construction and does not have its own campus. Meanwhile, IIT Hyderabad is providing all the assistance to IIIT Raichur since the beginning and is making sure that IIITR campus stands on its own feet. IIIT Raichur does not have a private basketball court in the campus but as of now, it does have a huge common ground that is also connected to the government high school which is in the same locality.

The JEST 2024 final answer key is released in online mode on March 18, 2024. The answer key is released in a PDF file which mentions the questions as well the answers. 

There are 2 answers which are changed from the JEST provisional answer key. Applicants can calculate their marks from the final answer key.  

The total IIIT Raichur BTech fees is INR 7.6 lakh. The aforementioned fee is a combination of the total tuition fee, hostel fee and one-time payments that are charged from students. The table below contains the fee amount charged for each of these components:
