You can join ISRO which inducts young blood from all fields every year or join DRDO that also inducts young engineers of different branches. You can think of taking commission in IAF also. Be assured that electronics engineers are indeed in great demand in aeronautical industry.

Admission process for session 2018-19 will be online only. It is still not available but expected to be up & running from last week of April. With the marks that you are mentioning you will be eligible but admissions are based on entrance exam. Keep lookout for announcements of dates for different events.

Based on their the latest announcements, I think Pearl Academy is turning out to be a well-constructed academy with the leading alumni of the fashion industry supporting it. Now that the FDCI has joined hands with them to introduce fashion programs with an opportunity to showcase student collection at the Amazon India Fashion Week, I don't think any other academy of Delhi can beat these benchmarks. The only possible problem could be that the academy is not UGC recognised. The degree is not validated in India, They provide an International degree which might create a problem while applying for jobs.
