You're eligible to do MBA with that percentage. But MS aboard is difficult with that percentage. So, it is better to go for MBA.

Eligibility Criteria for DU -B.Ed : Candidates with at least 50% either in Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanities, Bachelors in Engineering or technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible.
All admissions to the B.Ed. programme will be made through a Written Entrance Test of 400 marks. The merit will be prepared on the basis of scores obtained in the Written Test.
