Hi Abhinav,
You can go for any one of them as both are education boards for completing your intermediate studies & are treated equivalent to 12th of CBSE board. In western Countries the PUC concept is totally different from India their you join PUC or Community colleges after completing your 12th.

There is no M.Sc degree in Medical, if you are talking about MLT, in that case I would suggest that you can either go for a courses in Radiology or start looking for a job.
