Although, both the fields offer bright future, it would completely depend on your own interests and career aspirations that which degree you opt for. If you want to make your career Software industry you can opt for Computer Science else go for Electronics. Through Electronics you can get into other fields like Telecom, Electrical etc.

Hi Harsh, if you are enquiring about pursuing Automobile/Automotive Engg at MAsters level in Germany then you can look into Universities like : RWTH Aachen, TU Ilmenau, Univ of Bayreuth, TU Kaiserslautern.
There are 2 intakes in a year Sep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so you need to plan accordingly. The deadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /April intake is in July. Hence, you will need to make an early application.
