Hi Deepa, a minimum of 60% will be required to gain admission. Although if you have a lower percentage then it will completely be a faculty decision. They would assess your profile individually and grant a decision.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

Hi Abhishek, University of Applied Sciences Offenburg offers a Master's Programs Process Engineering. you may want to look into it as this is the closest I could find for you in Germany.
The University you have put the query under however, does not offer the course in English.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.
Education in Germany is free. Some Universities charge a minimal amount of Euro 140 - 500 per semester. Living expenses come to Euro 740 per month. Hi Rajakrishnan, The country is very well known for its courses in Technology related subjects especially for Mechanical and Automotive Engineering. The admission process takes about 9 months. So it is advisable that you begin the process when you are in final semester of UG. The classes begin in September/October and MArch/April every year. To get into a good University you will also need to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. To get a good score for GRE you can go for coaching and do some self coaching from now on. Though it is not mandatory but a little knowledge in German language will help you to find a part time job and to interact with fellow mates.
