Hi,
Well in our education system, you cannot produce two regular degrees of same interval together which is against the rules.
I agree that one is diploma and the other is degree. The concern is not the nature of the program but the time period in which they were obtain. If one is regular and one distance, there would be no harm.
You may apply B.Ed in regular course and simultaneously pursue Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Management from I.G.N.O.U.
