I suggest consider Ireland as an option if you are low on budget. A Masters course in Ireland would cost you less than Rs.15 Lakhs. Also, the country has a strong IT sector.
Alternatively, I suggest try some options in US as well, subject to you achieving a GRE score over 315+. You may get scholarships if you try.
