Dear Amandeep,
Both the institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option.
However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute among the two.
You can consider the below parameters
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement
9) Top recruiting companies.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.

Sachin, If you are very good with maths and programming, opt for Computers (BTech or BCA). I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if som

Dear Saurav, The cut-off depends on the number of candidates opting for a particular instiute and also the years they have been providing the MBA program. The candidates opting for IIMP are higher in number due to their establishment year. IGBS is a relatively young institute, and our cut-off will also increase as we grow and more and more candidates become aware of us and opt for IGBS. And coming on to our placements, it eventually depends on the performance of candidates in the placement proces, their academics and their overall attitude. We impart the essential skills required for placements and making the students employable.
