you may get the job anywhere.because a candidate who pass the graduate then can apply any job in both public and private.if you do bba(general) then you can get job in marketing,finance,HR segments.when you have a spcialisation in bba then job related to your specialisation.
you get job in bank,share marketing,advertisement segments etc.
salary is based on your job.mainly most of the jobs have almost 3 months probationary period.during this period you dont get salary after the period you can enter as a permanant emplyee.you may get salary 10,000-20,000

The good part of it would be that you will have more time to prepare and if you utilize it well then you can have higher marks and hence would get a more reputed college to study. You can even try for IIT's if not NIT's. You will also be able to enhance your knowledge level. The other side of the coin is that your batch mates of school would be a year ahead of you.
