For jobs in Banking sector, talking about nationalized banks recruitment is done through entrance exam called IBPS, for appearing in IBPS exam one must be graduate and minimum 20years old max age is 28.
Talking about private banks they also recruit on the basis of IBPS and apart from this they do hire directly on the basis of qualification of candidates.

If we compare both B.com (Pass) or BBA, B.com isn't given that much value as of BBA since BBA is considered as Sort of Specialization course at graduate level, same isn't the case with B.com.
Doing BBA is worthy only if you are pursuing from a good and reputed college.
So yes BBA is better than B.com and having more job options.

Fist of all i will recommend you to go for degree course instead of PGDM, since in case later on if you wish to go for further studies it won't be given weight-age unless it is certified by AIU.
Secondly talking about good colleges , you can look for ITM, Amity.

First of all, you need to tell me your board under which you scored 80%. 96 marks in mains is quite low and with 80% marks in boards you should better drop a year and prepare again for a better college as there is no need to hurry and take admission in any private college. If it is necessary to take admission this year then you should check out VIT.
