Still admission process have not yet started so cannot say exact cut off marks but based on previous year data, if you belong to general category then you need minimum 175 marks and around 120 for OBC. This figure are not for this year. They may change depending upon other students.

all colleges are good but it depends on various criteria on which a clge is ranked at 1 or 2 and so on. some colleges r good for btech some for mba etc. some are good for providing placement some are known for their faculties.
so it would b better if you specify the on which basis you want to know which clge is best at.
