Dear arpit gupta. prefer IMS Ghajiabad.because when i compare the average salary of both IMSand NDIM, IMS got average salary package is 5.25 LPA where as NDIM got 3.75 lakhs. therefore.choose IMS ghajiabad. all the best.

The B.Tech scope depends upon the engineering branches you get. Generally CSE, IT and ECE are in scope for private sectors. While the other engineering branches like Civil, Mechanical and Electrical are best for government jobs. So B.Tech degree have good scope if persuing from a good government college.
