MCA is post graduate course and B.Tech in Under graduate course and both are not same.
MCA is more on the application side (coding, applications etc.) B.Tech is a bit comprehensive and covers the engineering aspects of computer (programming; electronics, hardware etc.)
MCA can be done after graduation and B.Tech can be done after 12th Science.
