Hey Tanushree,
I would suggest you go for XIME Kochi. KSOM result will come in August if you are waitlisted till den you can not sit and wait. Join XIME Kochi and if you get converted to KSOM and at that point of time you want to join KSOM.

You can pursue both, MBA and M.Com simultaneously, in which one should be regular, and other should be through distance mode. But, it will be difficult for you to manage both the courses. Also, distance education modes are for only working professionals, and has very less value. MBA from a reputed B-Schools are considered good as for placements and career growth.
