My answer is not on behalf or for the university in the question but there is one thing common to all as a rule, you can do a postgraduation in a subject that you have studied in graduation. However, it is not applicable in mass communication subject (PG).
For psychology and even literature, it is applicable.
Hence I shall say that mass communication or journalism is possible.

Your rank of 14,631 may seem low, but it doesn’t necessarily mean you have no chance of getting a seat in AU. By focusing on improving your academic performance, test scores, extracurricular activities, and personal statement, you can significantly increase your chances of getting accepted. Remember that AU values diverse backgrounds and experiences, so don’t be discouraged if your rank is lower than others.
