Hello Teja, As you know Tamil Nadu EA is system through which admissions to different engineering colleges in Tamilnadu are administered. One of the basic criteria for admission is the nativity certificate. Obviously you do not have it, but then everything is not lost. These days many seats remain vacant and that private colleges have prevailed upon the government to allow them to admit students from other states if there are no takers from the Tamilnadu State. Due to this I will advise you to register yourself and hope for the best. Best wishes to you.

You just need to pass in all the subjects of class 12th board. And, if your score in class 12th board is above 60 percent, then it will be helpful for you to seat in placements. As many companies require 60% marks in class 12th board. Best of luck.
