For admission in LNCT, you have to apply in DTE counselling which is conducted by MP government. In DTE counselling, you have to fill colleges and branches with respect to your priorities in a sequential order. After the DTE counselling, you will be allotted by a college. If you don't want to do it by yourself, then go to LNCT college and ask the admission council person, they will do it for you (if you only want LNCT, then only). But they will take some fees from you. Yes, it has a quota scenario. Talking about placements, LNCT give an average package of 3 to 4 lakhs. You can take admission in mechanical engineering course in any good colleges, if you have appeared in any entrance exams. Mechanical engineering deals with mechanics mainly. You will study about the working of different machines in this course. You can take admission directly in Amity University, Shardha University, Lovely Professional University, Galgotia University etc., if you are interested in mechanical engineering and mot appeared in any entrance exam. At the time of counselling, you can select as many colleges and branches as you wish. But you will get a seat in any college based on your score or rank only. Counselling will be online and all the colleges will be available in the list.
