BCA Admissions are done through both entrance exams and merit lists. Some of the top BCA entrance exams include SET, IPU CET UPSEE, BVET, KIITEE LUCSAT. Most private colleges in India do not conduct an entrance exam for BCA admission, while some of the private deemed universities conduct an entrance test for the same. The admissions for UG courses in Hindu College are based on the candidates performance in the 10+2 level examination in the relevant stream from a recognised board of education. Dear aspirant, CLAT does not require a whole year of preparation, especially a drop year. This trend applies to IIT JEE, NEET or UPSC examinations (which may not be completely justified either).
