No, Indian students cannot pay their tuition in installments at McGill Uni. The university does not currently have an instalment plan option for Indian students.

The tuiton fee is to be paid in full for each term. McGill Uni tuition fee is usually due at the end of the month in which the bill is generated.

Those unable to pay all fee at once need to pay what they can, to reduce the overall balance and interest charges on the same.
