Every institute has its own criteria for admission, in order to know the exact criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the institute's website you wish to apply.
As per your query I would suggest you to:
1. Shorrtlist the institutes where you wish to apply.
2. Then contact the admission department of these shortlisted institutes and request them to give you detailed information regarding last years cut offs.
