Hi,
The ideal options after B.com are-
M.COM
CA/CS or ICWA
LLB
MBA
You should stick by your domain in order to have an added advantage in the competitive market. At the same time, it is very important that you opt for or look at doing something that you are good at and would enjoy keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals.
If at all, you want to switch over, go ahead and pursue courses such as Anchoring or Journalism.

Franclin, with this score you will not able to get admission in regular course. As you can see the merits of the universities going so high. Other option for you are correspondence course through any of the university including Delhi Univ.(DU). Or you can take admission in Professional Courses like BCA, BBA, Animation etc. There will be more and more opportunities after graduation.
