There are many universities like Amity, SRM, LPU, etc that are offering you a wide variety of courses at an affordable fee. Not only that they are also offering you scholarships/ financial aid to make things more easy.
Try for admission in one of them.

With these marks in JEE you can try for admission in Amity, Lovely Professional University, SRM, etc. These universities not only take into consideration your marks in 12th as well as JEE when giving admission but also offer you a scholarship on the basis of either of the two.

For admission in B.Tech in a govt.college you need to have 50% in 12th and a valid JEE/ AIEEE score or some other state entrance rank.
There are many universities like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
All these universities have world class infrastructure and offering a whole lot of facilities to students for their all round development.

There are universities like Amity, Lovely, Sharda etc that offer admission in BCA with 50% in 12th and English as a subject.

You can migrate in any around you like Chitkara, Lovely, Rayat Bahara etc. Generally universities allow you migration if 2 yr.s of your degree are left as you need to study for 2 yr.s in new university.
Check their respective websites for more details about migration.

Admission will be on the basis of merit list made on the basis of 12th marks.
But you can try for admission in universities like Lovely, Amity, Sharda etc where direct admission as well as admission on the basis of test both are possible.
