Dear Sachin,
It all depends on your interest. Mechanical is the best according to my perception because I have dome my B.Tech in Mechanical.
Computers is also good. It is having the best package offering amongst all the branches.
Civil is under slow-down these days. Jobs are scarce and you should avoid civil as far as possible.
Electronics is the most over-rated branch in B.Tech. It is thought to be evergreen one. But, in actuality, it is not.
CHEERS!

Hi Adil,
Yes there are bright career opportunities in the field of telecommunication .
If you have really interest in networking field then this is the finest career path you can choose after doing B.Tech in ECE.
You can join various Govt and private telecommunication services like BSNL/MTNL/Tata Indicom etc after doing the management course.
There are chances to join in the managerial posts and in the network manager post of telecommunication companies.
So go for it.
All the best :)
