B.Sc in Home Science is a 3-year full-time undergraduate programme divided across 6 semesters. Home Science is the application of Science to bring home and family life in sync with changing surroundings, the programme being only open to women. Theoretical projects in each subject and lab practical are a regular feature in the academic life of a Home Science student. Home Science may be defined as the study required to develop home or family life within a changing society, with the aid of scientific knowledge and methods. 3-year law and 5-year law both have different eligibility criteria.
5 years law programme is an integrated programme, which one can proceed just after 12th class whereas 3 years law programme can be pursued only after the graduation. Usually the students who decide on taking up law as career after graduation prefer this programme. So, since the programs almost same but for different students, the syllabi relating to law is same on both. Being an education consultant, I would recommend School of law, LPU, in North India. LPU offering law programme is equally good as law courses in all NLU's.

The best option would be Public Administration.
