The UGC NET Exam is organized by NTA twice a year in June and December to select the candidates for lectureship and junior research fellowship. To register for the exam, you need to fill online application form. For December session of UGC NET exam, the application form will be released in September month. There is different syllabus for different 84 subjects, the candidates should check their syllabus from official website. No, you have to buy your own. I do not think any college provides laptop. They will provide desktops in labs or library. If it is written somewhere on the official website of AIT, then you may get it.
