After Passing 12th School gives different certificates like School Leaving Certificate (TC), 12th Marksheet, 12th Passing Certificate, Character Certificate and Migration Certificate. These are all provided by the school, School may take time to give you as it is issued after marksheet and generally it is given late. Migration is and important document as it shows that you have no dues with your previous Board/University and now you can change Your University/Board. So it is required while admission in college.

Actually, the predictor does not give you any surety. It just tells you that on attaining this much rank your options are available and like chances are present. It all depends upon the college and its cut-off, etc.

Hello, The reduction in fee is only allowed by means of scholarship for the tuition fee based upon your academic performance. That too to a certain extent and not wholly.

RA Podar has got decent faculty and decent placement statistics. Think in terms of what you are looking for in that institute to learn. Don't just blindly go for any institute. Do some research, find the area which you want to specialize in, etc.
