Since 6.5 CGPA is a CGPA on the 10-point scale and most universities abroad accept CGPA on a 4-point scale only. Hence, we will convert 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale to a CGPA on 4-point scale to determine whether it is good enough for getting accepted by the universities abroad or not.
A 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale would be 2.6 on a 4-point scale. Universities abroad require a minimum 3.3 GPA for admissions. Hence, a 6.5 CGPA is not that good for studying abroad.
