learning of HR through MBA (HR) involves learning of Labour Laws and other business laws. However, that doesn't make you a lawyer. You can take both fields and that would be a good specialization. If you've to take one field only, and are not interested in going to courtroom but only use the knowledge in corporate sector, go for MBA (HR), if you want to help corporates in their court cases, go for Law.

Kindly mention what exactly you want to pursue as London Business School offers masters programs in Management and Finance.what i believe you have done A levels that is not a graduate level course so in that case you are not eligible for any course @ LBS. Your rank will get you into an average college but as many of the colleges have courses offered in Computer Science Stream, so the stream u are aiming for is possible but the college will be about average.
Still i would suggest you to be a bit patient as some colleges ask for applications at around August End -Sept. 1st week for their left out seats and because not many students have info about these on campus counsellings. So do keep checking TOI news paper in last week of august.
