you can keep Mass communication as your first priority if the field interests you. Teaching is also a very common career option. Apart from that these days content writing, editing, and even online tutoring/editing are considered as dynamic carerr options and they all in sync with BA English academics.
I believe you must have command over spoken English; If yes, you can opt V&A trainer, product trainer, RJ, faculty member with a coaching institute which is into TOEFL, GRE and so on.
