As per your profile as you have already completed your MBA so it would not be advisable to go for a MBA degree again.
As per your query it seems that now you wish to make your career in the field of HR, so as per your profile I would suggest you to look for job in HR field.
Since you are a fresher in HR field you will be getting a entry level job like HR executive, recruitment executive etc, so you should accept this job and work for atleast one year, by this you will know HR department works.
After gaining work experience of one year in HR field you may then opt for MBA in HR through distance education, by this you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.

Congratulations for making it to SRCC. Here, I am assuming you have appeared for CPT. After successfully clearing CPT, students can register for IPCC. IPCC consists of two groups and students have the following options:
1. Give both groups in May.
2. Give both groups in November.
3. Give one group in May and the second in November.
Since u are opting for a regular college, I would not recommend the first option. However u can go with the next two.
-According to ICAI rules ,your practical training cannot clash with your day college. Therefore after clearing IPCC, you would have to complete your college Four Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUP). Then only you are eligible for your practical training. In no case should the two coincide. After your training, u can give CA Final exams.
-You can even wait for your college to finish and register for IPCC later on.
If u can create a balance b/w college n CA coaching ,then give IPCC now. Otherwise, concentrate on your college studies.
As for the Institute, The Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of India (ICAI), Karkadooma caters to all student related matters. There is one in NOIDA as well for subsidiary purposes. The ICAI provides only study material but no classes.

As you will go to college as well, I suggest you not to take any coaching for theory papers. Try to take coaching for minimum no. of subjects.
