Lots of scope to be honest.infact the need for engineers abroad is extremely high.some of the major field of engineering include computer Science, chemical, electronics,mechanical and biotechnology.a few of the top colleges abroad are stanford, harvard,caltech,georgia tech,NYU, NUS,MIT,imperial,etc.Infact it is one of the best decisions to apply for an UG engineering degree straight away as the pool of applicants are only judged based on their academic capability and is considerably smaller than when applying for master degrees. Furthermore, some of these colleges will be far more difficult to get into at the Masters level. This colleges have extra ordinary research facilities and funds should you be interested in pursuing higher degrees such as MS,etc.

The B.Com. programme provides a good knowledge base for a range of careers. These are broadly of two types:
Those in business and finance such as CA, company secretaryship (CS), cost and works accountants (ICWA), banking.
Others, including or related to Finance, Law, Mass Communication, Hotel Management, etc.
A commerce education can lead to jobs with corporations and banks as investment bankers, managers, financial consultants, accountants, advisers etc. Accountancy is key in this field and if you are good with numbers, you can excel as a CA. Even if you have not cleared the PCC. you can still get into finance-related careers through programmes such as ICWA and CS.
You may even consider diplomas in banking and finance, treasury management and financial planning offered by a number of institutes.
Commerce graduates can also take competitive examinations for recruitment to the civil services, including the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Economic Services and others.
After B.Com, you may also do an MBA, even if it is a correspondence programme, as long as it is from a recognized university. If you are interested in non-finance courses, there are number of diplomas available in fields such as mass communication, event management, and travel and tourism. Much depends on your interests and the field of work you wish to focus on.

PGDM expands to Post Graduate Diploma in Management, the confusion starts when you see the term Diploma. Many students are of the view that it is a Diploma course and not a Degree; you are right to an extent that it is a Diploma. The main reason why postgraduate courses are named as PGDM is because when an Institute is an autonomous body (meaning it is not affiliated to any University) and conducts management courses then such Institutes cannot offer MBA degree. Even IIMs, XLRI's doesn't offer MBA degrees they only give PGP Diploma or PGDM since they are autonomous and independent bodies. On similar lines AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) is allowing approved colleges to run a PGDM course. Some Business Schools offering this AICTE PGDM course need not be autonomous, the PGDM course will be autonomous given by the Institute & directly approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt of India.
Just like how UGC - University Grants Commission controls the Universities in India, AICTE - All India Council for Technical Education has control on both technical and management courses and especially colleges not under Universities. Even colleges offering UGC recognized MBA Programmes in most cases should have AICTE approval.

2. Computer Engineering teaches you how to design systems that include both computer hardware and software. You will take classes on how computer hardware works and how to build a computer. Computer engineering courses are taught by faculty from both the computer Science and the electrical engineering departments. Working computer engineers design computers and the basic software that runs them, including both personal computers and the "embedded" computer systems that run cars, aircraft, videogames, etc.
