The best course would be to pursue MBA finance or PGDM finance from a reputed B-school. To secure a good seat in a good B-school you need to clear CAT or MAT in India. Your experience would be considered valuable. Further if you want to get foreign universities in US or UK then you need to take GMAT and TOEFL.

Hello Manas,
JIIT, Noida is among top private colleges of India, It secures under 60 rank in the latest MHRD ranking. So it is definately better then lower grade private colleges under UPTU domain. However, if you are not getting your preferable branches at the lower NITs then only switch to JIIT.

MBA in aviation management is a niche skill super sector specialisation MBA. The aviation sector is not doing very well in India. There are limited good job opportunities in the sector. I am of the opinion that a graduate engineer must avoid sector specific MBA.
