Definitely, go for it. ECE from Medicaps University us much better than peer engineering colleges in Indore. Faculties are good. Lab facility, project room, computer labs are apt.

Both courses are good. It depends on your career priority which one you choose first. If you want to teach the students of the primary school, B.Ed is good, but if you are looking for high school and college level then M.Sc is also a good option.
