Dear friend 50- 55%marks separately in physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology in 10+2 is required to write the national level competitive exam ICAR AIEEA the exam through which you can secure an admission to B.Sc. Agriculture in reputed colleges in India. In the entrance test, if you belongs to general category, you need to get an all india rank in within 3000 to get admission in a good college.

Even they sound close enough, contents of these two courses are quite different. Medical electronics deals with development of instruments used in medical fields while biomedical can be termed as development of prosthetics etc. Of course this is in most elementary form. Yes, you can do a Masters course even after a normal B.A. , Honors courses are just a more difficult version of a particular subject. Its like a specialisation in a particular subject and you have to study that particular subject in depth in a honors course.

Among the two, in my view Computer Science still have more scope. Most of technologies still need good developers as they are based on Java, PYTHON, R, PL/SQL/ Oracle which needs expertise in the field of computers. Electronics is no doubt has been advancing but computers is more generic discipline.

As mentioned before, some institutes do allow 10th passed students to pursue Diploma and certificate courses. . Most of the professional interior design courses can only be pursued after completing 12th standard.

as pe the university guidelines the candidate must possess min.50% aggregate in his/her 10+2 exams, Candidates without mathematics as optional subjects cannot apply for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Statistics Honours and those without Biology as optional subject cannot apply for Botany or Zoology Honours.

Biology is not necessary to study biotechnology but it would be good if you take biology as a subject in plus 2 as prior knowledge of the subject is necessary to get good grades. the eligibility is just that you should have science stream with includes PCM . I hope it will help you!
