Of course few seeds are reserved for what is called as all India quota, but these are very less in number. You have not write about the course for which information is required. However for M.E/M.Tech courses B.E/B.Tech required in CSE/ IT etc. Hence Mechanical students are not eligible for these courses. You can be eligible for following PGDA course as under.
