Thumb rule to be successful in your career is to choose the program keeping in mind your own Interest area and career aspirations. If you are inclined towards Fashion designing I would suggest you to go for a degree program I fashion designing. As this is a vocational field you need not have to have a bachelors degree in the same field to pursue a higher study courses. However, almost all the good Institutes will take an Entrance Examination to admit students in their Fashion designing courses.

The subject that interests you more will be easier for you. If you feel you have a better aptitude with computers, then you should go for computer engineering. On the other hand, if you feel you have an inclination towards civil engineering, then that is the course for you. Don't worry about which course will pay you more in the future.
