Hi Ankit.
Yes, Flight steward and cabin crew for both training is absolutely same.
There is just difference in the grooming part.that is it.
basically u don't have to do any course to become cabin crew or flight steward.
you just need to have good communication skills, personality and you should be 10+2.
Few international airlines ask for graduation.
If you are confident about your comm skills and personality than you can appear for the interview.
But, one thing you should keep in mind that you should not be over confident.
Be yourself.

but all airlines don't ask for swimming .except some foreign airlines.
If you can swim with some swimming aid .like life jacket.that is enough.
even many domestic airlines don't ask for swimming at the time of interview.
They train you.once you are selected.
