Dear Debasish,Well Difference between Bharthiar University and JNU is , former is reputed and old university, where as JNU is the newest university without that much experience in education field.
JARO and MIT are institutes which offer programs of other Universities through distance learning and you can say they are just study centre of franchisee of University.
Instead of JARO and MIT you can directly enroll with university which will save lots of cost of your degree program.
