There's no better way to improve communication skills than reading. Read newspapers, magazines, online news portals, novels - fiction/non-fiction - and you will be able to improve your vocabulary and grammar. Once the vocab and grammar is in place, start speaking in that language (English/Hindi-whichever language you're aiming for here). You might be hesitant at the start, but isn't that how each one us start learning how to speak? :)

To stay updated on Fashion Trends, fashion magazines like the ones you have listed are a good starting point. You could also look at other magazines like Elle, Verve, Cosmopolitan, Vogue etc. There are also many sites online that you can access and you can also look at Fashion blogs like Missmalini. Com. There are dedicated trend forecasting sites like WGSN and Business of Fashion that you can become a member of and keep yourself updated. Besides these, a general awareness about the trends in lifestyle and technology would also help. Keep your eyes and ears open.
