Just answered this question, will share again;
To be a good designer, a formal education does help, but, to be a good designer you need to be a artistic/visualiser, someone who sees this world from a very different lens, rather than zeros and ones. Also, a very important factor to be a good designer is/are not software/s but how well can you think/visualise from everybody else, how well do you understand your audience and their requirement and design accordingly
On the contrary, if you design for yourself, then its imperative that you bring out your thoughts in such a manner that they connect with the audience instantly. Bottom

Out of these two, I would suggest you to go for Amity. The B.J. M. C. branch of Amity is well established and has a great placement record too. Pearl, on the other hand, has introduced B.J. M. C. recently and has not received much reviews.

Des in Fashion Design, Students coming from any 10+2 or graduation discipline from a recognised university, or board with a minimum aggregate of 50%, can appear for any entrance or admission process or any design course. You can also have a look at IILM University, Gurugram. You can appear for IILM University Gurugram's Design Aptitude Test (DAT) with the Interview Process for applying. They offer B. Des degree programs with various specializations like Fashion, Interior, Interaction, and Product Design of 4-years with an added advantage of Liberal Education in their curriculum with good
