Yes, you can get admission in IET DAVV with your category Gen EWS and rank 28520 AIR in CSE, IT or EC branch. The IET DAVV has a quota for the General category (EWS). As per the official website, the college offers admission to EWS category candidates under the General category with a minimum of 20% of the total intake capacity in each course. So, with your rank 28520 AIR, you have a good chance of getting admission in IET DAVV in CSE, IT or EC branch.

IET DAVV does not offer CSE or IT branch. However, it does offer Computer Science and Engineering, and Information Technology. Your rank of 28520 would not be sufficient for admission in these courses.
