Yes, an average Indian student from Tier 2 or Tier 3 colleges can join Wilfrid Laurier University. International applicants must fill out Form-105 for international candidates at the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) in order to be considered for admission to Wilfrid Laurier University.
