MBA in marketing is a good field when you are doing it from a reputed institute otherwise doing MBA from any institute is a waste of money.
About Sikkim Manipal- They are very aggresive University in distance education and always good to have a degree from them if you just want to do a degree course.
It would be best if join a job and simulteneously do MBA from SMU, means couple it with your real time experience otherwise it would go waste.
If you can get into a coaching class and prepare for CAT or any other premiur institute and if you get selected in a premiere institute then it would make your rest of future life secure. thin

Please let us know in detail which course you wish to pursue for better advice, however in order to pursue masters degree from universities abroad you need to have atlest 60%-70% plus in graduation.

If you wish to build your career in management field then you may pursue MBA, whereas if you are interested in making your career in the field of teaching and research then you may pursue Phd.

As per your query, pursuing MBA would be the best option for you.However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your engineering and then pursue MBA.
