But many CA's are working in non core area's also. CA's are usually seemed as an Intelligent professional who can fit himself in any divison.
Most of CA's dont like to work in Sales or marketing department as it didn't give any value to their degree. But if you want to work, seeing your qualification as a CA, I don't think any company would not give you job in these department.
