The eligibility for the same requires the candidate to have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) with a pass in 4 subjects (English, Mathematics and two Elective Subjects) or an examination recognized as equivalent there to, with 55% or more marks in the aggregate of these four subjects.
The two elective subjects could be from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Commerce, Accountancy, Computer Science, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy and Biotechnology.

First of all let me tell you the core areas of a CA. CA's usually work in Finance, Audit, Accounts, Taxation, and Statutory Compliances department.
But many CA's are working in non core area's also. CA's are usually seemed as an Intelligent professional who can fit himself in any divison.
Most of CA's dont like to work in Sales or marketing department as it didn't give any value to their degree. But if you want to work, seeing your qualification as a CA, I don't think any company would not give you job in these department.
