Hi Sirisha,
Logistics and Supply Chain have various areas of work such as Operations, Distribution, Planning & Purchase, Marketing and Customer Service etc.
While some require travelling the other that are primarily office based roles do not require.
So it entirely depends on the role. But if you enjoy travelling and interested in this field, then learning an additional foreign language goes a long way in improving your chances of getting into front end roles that requires knowledge of global practices and involves travel.
