Generally, to get into government job you need to be a graduate from a recognized institute/university and clear the required entrance test.

Ideally you should go for M.E/M.TECH or MBA Operations. However, if you are keen on Tourism sector, then you plan for MBA in the same.

You cannot sit for MBA. I may suggest you to pick a Diploma in Business Management. Or else if you are keen on a management degree, then the only option is to pick B.E/B.TECH 2nd year through lateral entry admission.

However, if you are passionate to make a career in Finance & Accounting domain, then you can go ahead to become a Chartered Accountant. Students can join a CA program after (10+2) or graduation. There is no restriction in terms of age or percentage secured.
Following is the procedure:
* Pass CPT examination
* Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC)
* Complete 9 months of Study Course.
* Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training (ITT).
* Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week).
* Pass Group I or both Groups
Ideally you should opt for M.E/M.TECH or MBA for exploring varied options.
